To help you keep up with your BARREtique workout when you are unable to make it to class, or during the times that the studio is closed, we have put together a series of 6 videos that provide full workouts for the upper body, legs, gluteals, and abdominals.
These are straightforward videos without a great deal of choreography – focusing on form and precision of movement. As always, we encourage you to exercise sensibly and modify any exercises based on personal injuries or limitations.
These videos are very much a work in progress by BARREtique, but we hope you find these helpful when you are unable to attend class.
